As an electric cooperative, High Plains Power exists to provide electric services to its members. Membership in the cooperative is open to all persons able to use High Plains Power's services and willing to accept the responsibilities of membership.
There is no charge to become a member of High Plains Power Inc., but you must fill out and sign the membership application and the notarized statement of identity to receive the full benefits of cooperative membership.
