Billing Info
As an electric cooperative, High Plains Power exists to provide electric services to its members. Membership in the cooperative is open to all persons able to use High Plains Power's services and willing to accept the responsibilities of membership.
There is no charge to become a member of High Plains Power Inc., but you must sign a membership application to receive the full benefits of cooperative membership.

Billing
Bills are due upon receipt and are past due after the date indicated on the bill. Unpaid bills after the due date may affect your credit history and a penalty of 1.5% per month will be added to unpaid balances.
If you will be leaving for an extended period, contact your local office to make arrangements regarding your bill.
